Lost in Space Season 3: What to Expect, Possible Plot and More

Lost in Space season three will follow the Robinson family as they fight to become reunited. This sci-fi series has been Emmy-nominated twice for Outstanding Special Visual Effects, and it’s easy to see why. The Netflix show is a reboot of the much-loved series from the 1960s, and the trailer for season three, released today, promises a lot more of the stunning visual effects we have come to expect from the space-based family adventure.

So far, we have seen the Robinson parents Maureen and John, and their kids, Judy, Penny, and Will leave Earth to settle a new colony on the Alpha Centauri star system. They didn’t quite make it though, thanks to a robot alien – who turned out to be good – they had to evacuate their ship and camp out on a nearby planet. When they tried to get back to the ship, yet another alien robot – who turned out to be bad – messed things up for them, their ship hurtled through space and time, and the Robinsons found themselves light years away from the rest of their crew.

Season two is packed with even more exciting robot shenanigans and ends up with the Robinson children separated from their parents. So, what does season three of this epic science fiction saga have in store for our favorite space family? Episode one kicks the season off with Penny, Will and Judy searching for titanium so that they can get to Alpha Centauri. This season is set to be the last, so we really hope things work out for the Robinson family and we see them reunited in the end!
