Ozark is currently at the top of Netflix’s list with the release of its fourth season, but this is only half of the season, as it is being split into parts 1 and 2, similar to what we saw with Breaking Bad back in the day, the show from which it takes obvious influence.
Ozark Season 4’s first half premiered mere weeks ago, on Jan. 21. However, many viewers have already binge-watched it and are excited to understand what to expect when the subsequent episodes are released.
Spoilers are on their way.
This season of Ozark conveyed forward to find the Byrdes relocating to Chicago from the Ozarks. They were contemplating the relocation while traveling in their van when a semi-truck abruptly drove into their lane. Marty attempted to steer the car to the right to avoid the collision, but the automobile flipped and landed in a ditch. It is still unknown whether any survivors exist. The show then flashed back to the minutes immediately following Helen Pierce’s death. When Omar Navarro met with the Byrdes, he informed them of his intention to leave the group and requested assistance in transitioning to a legitimate life. They accomplished the unthinkable, but in an unexpected twist, Maya Miller backtracked and had the FBI arrest Navarro.
So, when is Ozark Season 4 Part 2 scheduled to air?
This is most likely due to Netflix aiming to increase the number of Emmy nominations for the show by splitting it into two seasons eligible for various Emmy years. Thus, Ozark season 4 part 1 is eligible for the Emmys during the current eligibility period, which runs until May 31, 2022. Thus, if Ozark season 4 part 2 airs after May 31, it will qualify for the next year.
Thus, Ozark season 2 will not arrive until May 31. However, we’ve heard that it would arrive by the end of 2022, which means that we should get the conclusion in less than a year, if not much less.
