Atlanta fans were surprised with a new trailer for the show’s third season as a Christmas treat this year. While the season is still a few months away, this new video transports the cast to Europe. Donald Glover, LaKeith Stanfield, Zazie Beetz, and Brian Tyree Henry will all reprise their roles in the upcoming season, which will premiere on Hulu and FX on March 24, 2022.
In a statement, FX Entertainment President Eric Schrier said, “We are excited to bring ‘Atlanta’ back with a new season on March 24th.” “Once again, Donald Glover, the producers, and the amazing cast have crafted another landmark season that epitomizes the greatness that defines ‘Atlanta.’
The ‘Atlanta’ third season storyline
Season 3 will pick up where season 2 left off, with Earn boarding a plane with cousin Al for his European tour with Clark County (RJ Walker), and will follow Earn and his band as they navigate their “new surroundings as outsiders and struggle to adjust to the newfound success they had aspired to” while on the road in Europe.
On March 24, the highly anticipated third season will premiere on FX.
