Netflix’s Spy Thriller ‘Munich’ is now in its Post-Production

Do you enjoy watching detective movies with a mix of tension, thrills, and mystery? If you answered yes, you should sign up for Netflix right away. The streaming service is gearing up to release Munich, a much-anticipated spy thriller. In Netflix’s Munich, Jeremy Irons will play Neville Chamberlain, based on Robert Harris’ renowned novel. George McKay, Jannis Niehwöhner, Sandra Hüller, Liv Lisa Fries, August Diehl, and Erin Doherty round out the cast, with Martin Wuttke portraying Adolf Hitler. Ben Power’s (The Hollow Crown) writing is directed by Christian Schwochow (The Crown).

Munich’s Plot and Everything you need to know

Here’s the official plot of Munich:

“It’s Autumn, 1938 and once again Europe is on the brink of war as Hitler eyes the nation of Czechoslovakia for his expansion of Nazi Germany. In Britain, the Prime Minister, Neville Chamberlain, is desperately seeking a peaceful resolution to the conflict, in the hope to avoid a catastrophic war. Meanwhile, a British civil servant, Hugh Legat, and the German diplomat Paul von Hartmann, travel to the Munich conference. Political Subterfuge threatens to destroy any hope of peace, as the pair face real danger while the eyes of the world are watching, in the hopes war will be averted.”

The filming for began in Germany in early November of last year. In addition, the crew traveled to Liverpool, United Kingdom, to finish their shot. Unfortunately, the producers have not released any information about the completion of filming in Munich for quite some time. However, according to our sources, the film is currently in post-production, and the creators will shortly drop a surprise bomb.

We’re only a few steps away from watching Netflix’s spy thriller. The post-production process is progressing admirably, and the film is scheduled to premiere in 2021.
