Netflix’s German Supernatural Thriller Horror ‘The Privilege’ Lines Up For February Release

You don’t have to speak German to enjoy this upcoming Netflix original thriller-horror film. The Privilege, known as Das Privileg-Die Auserwählten in German, will drop on the streaming platform on Wednesday, February 9 2022, in English, German and Hindi.

Plot

The movie revolves around a group of teenagers attending a prestigious private school who begin to discover some dark secrets while investigating a series of scary supernatural happenings.

Trailer

Netflix released the movie’s trailer on January 12, introducing us to Anna, the leading character, as dark and mysterious things begin to happen to the students and fraternity at her school. We get to see a peculiar drug (probably responsible for the strange events) and an unusual autopsy climaxing the sequences. Get the thrilling suspense from the video below:

Cast

Get ready to see lots of blue eyes from Germany’s finest! Rounding up the movie’s cast are Caroline Hartig as Anna, Lise Risom Olsen as Yvonne Bergmann, Dieter Bach as Agent Trondthal, Laurenz Wiegand as Sanitäter and Christoff Düro as Polizist. Also featured are Max Schimmelpfenning, Nadesha Brennicke, Mike Hoffman, Jania Agnes Schröder, Swetlana Schönfeld, Jan Andreesen, Christine Rollar and Leonas Sielaff.
