Netflix Releases Two New Games: Asphalt Xtreme and Bowling Ballers

The streaming corporation recently introduced games to its platform in August, with the launch of two Stranger Things tie-ins. In September, Netflix introduced three more games on Android and finally listed them on its catalog, available on iOS on 10th November.

Now Netflix adds two more games to its catalog: Frosty pop’s Bowling Ballers and Asphalt Xtreme.

Asphalt Xtreme

Asphalt Xtreme was created by Gameloft Studios, but the company pulled it out from App Store on September 30th after years of not making updates. Netflix finally licensed the game and made its comeback on iOS and Playstore.

Asphalt Xtreme is an off-road race tracking game where one gets to choose from a wide selection of race cars, including rally automobiles and monster trucks. The game also displays a variety of racing tracks.

Bowling Ballers

Bowling Ballers, while slightly similar to the sea of endless runner games on Playstore, takes a subversive approach where the player runs into as many tags as possible in an attempt to beat a personal distance record. The game is now available on Google Play Store.

How to Access Netflix Games

  • You need to have an active Netflix user account, an iOS or Android device and a stable internet connection to play Netflix games.
  • You’ll then scroll down to find the games section. Currently, there is no designated tab for Netflix games.
  • Click on the game of your choice and select ‘Get Game’. Download the game via AppStore or Google Play Store, then login with your Netflix credentials to begin playing.
