Cowboy Bebop: Netflix’s Exciting Reboot of the Original Anime

Cowboy Bebop producers kick ass by adding a fresh perspective to the original anime, and there’s nothing quite like it!

As a melodramatic galaxy-traversing sci-fi experience, this show packs both action-filled classic western and an old-school Hong Kong nostalgia into one, with a cool jazz soundtrack playing in the background.

Simply put, the show creators pimped the 1998 anime series that featured space cowboys and lost essence by adding a rich eclectic vibe to it.

Why Watch Cowboy Bebop

Cowboy Bebop has undoubtedly been one of the most hallowed and influential TV shows of the last two decades, and it has earned itself a huge following. That’s what led to the idea of reinventing it with live-action to add a little excitement.

Gratefully, Netflix’s re-adaptation of Cowboy Bebop leaves a lasting impression on viewers as it proves not just to be an upbeat soul gist of the initial animation created by Shinichirō Watanabe.

What Makes Cowboy Bebop So Special

Similar to the anime, Cowboy Bebop casts light on capitalism in space together with how life is belittled in the future. Characters condemn the rise of organizations and how law enforcement only attends to the needs of the high-end society.

The series is adorned with classic tunes such as Green Bird, The Real Folk Blues and Rush. The Seatbelts along with Kanno and her band, also produce a whole new soundtrack that adds a certain nostalgic flavor to the show’s music.

Cowboy Bebop truly performs its best when it is unique rather than producing copy-paste episodes of the animation version. Though some elements of the show can’t match the ones featured in the anime, you’ll still get a kick binging through the series.
