After a really long break from Hollywood, Lindsay Lohan will be starring a Netflix Christmas movie with Glee actor Chord Overstreet. In an Instagram post of Netflix for the first look of the upcoming project, the two were seen in a very ‘Christmasy’winter wonderland-like set.
The Film’s Plot and Other Details
The holiday rom-com film is set to feature Lohan as an engaged rich hotel heiress who got into an accident, causing her to have memory loss. She would then be taken care of by Overstreet, a good-looking lodge owner, and his daughter amidst the Christmas season.

The movie, which will premiere sometime in holiday 2022, is rumored to be titled Christmas in Wonderland. The production was directed by Janeed Damian, who also co-wrote the script with Jeff Bonnett, Ron Oliver, and Michael Damian. The project began filming last November 8 and is set to last until December 15.
Besides lead stars Lohan and Overstreet, other confirmed cast members are George Young, Olivia Perez, and Jack Wagner.
Although Linsay Lohan had been on a hiatus for a long time, fans can’t help but express their excitement in the actress’ comeback for a lead role. So, for now, let’s all wait for the holidays of 2022 to witness her return.
