You know there’ll be rib-cracking moments in any film starring the comical Kevin James. Well, the comedy icon will star in Happy Madison’s upcoming comedy movie, Home Team, which is coming to Netflix on Friday, January 28 2022.

Happy Madison Productions made the comedy film. It is written by Chris Titone and Kieth Blum and directed by Daniel Kinnane and Charles Francis. The movie marks Netflix’s tenth collaboration with Happy Madison Productions.
Synopsis
James stars as Sean Payton, a former NFL head coach who was suspended two years prior, after his team’s Super Bowl win. He gets his redemption when he goes to his hometown, eventually re-establishing a relationship with his 12-year-old son, Connor Payton, played by Tait Blum and coaching the Pop Warner football team.
Home Team’s Cast
As usual, Happy Madison rounds up familiar faces in this comedy film, beginning with Kevin James, who plays Sean Payton. Jackie Sandler also stars in the movie. She first appeared in a Happy Madison Productions’ film in 1999 in Deuce Male Gigalov and has been a consistent star for the production since.
A fresher face joining the production’s cast is Taylor Lautner who had a supporting role in the 2010 Grown Ups movie. Of course, the film wouldn’t be complete without the comedy performance of Rob Schnieder.
Other actors featured in the film are Jared Sandler, Allen Covert, Gary Valentine, Isaiah Mustafa, Tait Blum (Connor Payton), Maxwell Simkins, Lavell Crawford and Chris Titone.
Happy Madison has never disappointed, so the stakes are high for this new comedy film, but we are certain they will bring it home!
