Hype House is an upcoming reality show starring a collective of TikTok and YouTube personalities living in a mansion together. This doesn’t sound like it’s going to end well. The Netflix description tells us that it is ‘Scandalous’ while the tagline reads:
‘Get an inside look at social media’s most talked-about stars as they navigate love, fame and friendship while creating content and living together.’
Who Are the Stars?
So far we expect to see American social media personality and singer Chase Hudson, TikTok and YouTube star and co-founder of the Hype House, Thomas Petrou, along with another co-founder, YouTuber and TikToker Alex Warren, YouTuber and makeup artist Nikita Dragun, comedic content creator Larray, TikTok star Vinnie Hacker, and YouTube and Instagram sensation and model Kouvr Annon. Other names joining the house, but possibly not actually living there full-time are Mia Hayward, Ryland Storms, Michael Sanzone, Calvin Goldby, Patrick Huston, and Connor Yates.
What’s it About?
As far as we can gather, there are a bunch of young people living together in a huge mansion, who have lots of money, and who thrive in front of a camera. There’s no way this isn’t going to be jam-packed with a ridiculous amount of drama. And maybe we should take bets on how many TikTok dances we’re going to see throughout the eight episodes. I guess 34.
When Can We Watch it?
If you really feel you must, Netflix is set to release Hype House on January 7th, 2022.
